The Family OS: How to Operate Your Home

You’re not just building a company — you’re raising a family and a legacy at the same time. But unlike your business, your home life probably doesn’t have a central hub, shared systems, or a clear mission.

🔧 Why I Built This

Most of us founders are organized at work but chaotic at home. We use project management tools to delegate at work but default to text threads and Post-its for family stuff.

That gap was costing me mental bandwidth — and risking miscommunication with my wife. So I took what I know about operating systems and built one for the most important “organization” I’ll ever lead: my family.
